Telltale Games announced today that Batman: The Telltale Series Episode 2: Children of Arkham will release worldwide on September 20 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. For other platforms like the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, Telltale says launch dates will be revealed “later in September.”
A description for Episode 2 wasn’t given by Telltale today, but you’ll be able to see the debut on Saturday, September 3 at 8:30pm PT in the Wyvern Theatre as part of a special PAX West Crowd Play event. Hosted by Dan Casey, and featuring giveaways for everyone in the audience, “this will be the very first event using the NEW in-game Crowd Play feature, where the audience will help direct the happenings on-screen using their own mobile devices.”
If you’d prefer to pick up Batman: The Telltale Series through retail, the Season Pass Disc will be available on September 13 in North America and September 16 in Europe. It includes Episode 1 (our review) on-disc and grants access to the four future episodes as they become available for download.
Batman: The Telltale Series was scheduled to release on PS3 this week, but it doesn’t appear to be live in the PlayStation Store yet.
