In case you didn’t manage to get into Injustice 2‘s closed beta, then keep an eye out on Director Ed Boon’s Twitter account, where he has promised to share “a LOT more” beta codes. “We really wish we could give everyone a code for the Injustice 2 Beta, but it is a limited Beta and we need to continue to test/monitor,” said Boon. In response to fans asking why the developers didn’t opt for an open beta, Boon said, “Oh if life was that simple. There’s a lot more involved that I can get into.”
Following the confirmation of Black Canary as a playable character, NetherRealm Studios updated Injustice 2‘s website with an image stating that it will reveal the game’s next character on Tuesday, February 7. So far the roster includes Black Canary, Robin, Brainiac, Poison Ivy, Bane, Batman, Blue Beetle, The Flash, Harley Quinn, Superman, Supergirl, Wonder Woman, Deadshot, Gorilla Grodd, Aquaman, and Atrocitus.
Injustice 2 comes out on May 16 for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
