Available only in the United States, Sony is offering an additional three months of PlayStation Plus and three months of Showtime through PlayStation Vue to anyone who buys a 12-month membership through the PlayStation Store for $59.99. Sony values the bundle at $111.95 and adds that the Showtime offer is only available to new subscribers to Showtime.
The terms and conditions says this deal runs until Friday, March 31, there’s a limit of one per person, and the three extra months of PS+ will be sent to your email address via a voucher code.
Here’s the terms for the offer, which warn you of automatically renewing subscriptions if you don’t cancel your memberships in time:
PlayStation Plus
You will receive this PS Plus membership for 12 months, with an additional 3 months via a voucher code. Voucher code will be sent to the email associated with your PSN account. Unless you cancel your membership at least one day prior to the renewal date, the membership will automatically convert to a 12-month membership, and $59.99 will automatically be deducted from your network wallet. After conversion, your membership will automatically renew every 12 months for $59.99 until you cancel it.
Showtime
Current Showtime free trial or paid members are not eligible to receive ShowTime offer. Must redeem offer by 4/30/17. Voucher code will be sent to the email associated with your PSN account. PS Plus membership is required to redeem and retain access to Showtime offer. Showtime content is only available through PlayStation Vue app. New members will receive this bonus membership for 3 months. Unless you cancel your membership at least one day prior to the renewal date, the membership will automatically convert to a 1 month membership, and $8.99 will automatically be deducted from your network wallet. After conversion, your membership will automatically renew every month for $8.99 until you cancel it. If your PS Plus membership expires, this Showtime offer will expire and the regular membership price [$10.99 per month] will apply.
By becoming a PlayStation Plus member, you can play online on PS4, access the Instant Game Collection (February 2017’s lineup), and take advantage of exclusive discounts (this week’s deals).
The March 2017 PS+ titles should be announced tomorrow, and they may include Tearaway Unfolded and Disc Jam.
