Exophase has revealed that Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 Remix for PlayStation 4 includes four Platinum Trophies – one each for Kingdom Hearts Final Mix, Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories, Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix, and Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep Final Mix. In total, the $49.99 USD collection includes 201 Trophies to unlock.
As KHInsider points out, there are some differences between the PS3 and PS4 Trophy lists. For instance, some of the difficulty Trophies are now stackable, and you now only need to obtain 30 or more Gummi Ship blueprints (instead of all of them) to unlock the Gummi Ship Collector Trophy in Kingdom Hearts Final Mix.

- Kingdom Hearts Master – Obtain all trophies.
Gold
- Proud Player – Clear Final Mix on Proud.
- Speedster – Defeat the World of Chaos in the End of the World within 15 hours.
Silver
- Final Mix Master – Clear game on Final Mix or a higher difficulty level.
- Unchanging Armor – Clear the game without changing equipment.
- Undefeated – Clear the game without using a continue.
- Level Master – Get Sora to Level 100.
Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories
Platinum
- Chain of Memories Master – Obtain all trophies.
Gold
- Record Keeper Sora – Collect all Jiminy’s Journal entries.
- Record Keeper Riku – Collect all D Report entries.
Silver
- Proud Player Sora – Clear Sora’s story on Proud.
- Proud Player Riku – Clear Riku’s story on Proud.
- Undefeated – Clear the game without using a continue.
- Sleight Master – Obtain all of Sora’s sleights.
- No Escape – Clear the game without fleeing from a single battle.
- Level Master Sora – Max out Sora’s level.
- Level Master Riku – Max out Riku’s level.

- Kingdom Hearts II Master – Obtain all trophies.

- Ambitious Adventurer – Clear the game and watch the ending sequence.

- One-Winged Angel – Defeat Sephiroth.
- Coliseum Champion – Win the Hades Paradox Cup.
- Gummi Ship Collector – Obtain all blueprints.

Trophy lists for the 358/2 Days and Re:coded HD remastered cinematics for PS4 weren’t posted by Exophase. They have five and six Trophies, respectively, on PS3.
Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 Remix releases on March 28 in North America and March 31 in Europe for PS4.
