Here’s 12 Minutes of Darksiders III Gameplay
Darksiders III was officially revealed earlier this week, and in a new 12-minute video from IGN, you’ll get to see some pre-alpha gameplay with Fury travelling through the game world and fighting enemies. Beginning at 7:50, you’ll see Fury take on Sloth, Lord of the Flies and one of the Seven Deadly Sins.
Darksiders III is IGN’s First for the month, and in their recent preview they said Darksiders III’s puzzle should make sense in an environment, rather than being a trap set out by an unseen character. Additionally, there shouldn’t be any gated combat, enemies should feel like they belong in the world (instead of just popping up), the game is linear in terms of story progression, and there will be collectibles throughout the world, but you won’t find any random chests.
IGN also says the game world is supposed to be fully connected and realized, without any hard loads, and the world almost acts as one giant dungeon.
Darksiders III launches in 2018 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
