Months after sunsetting Ask PlayStation, Sony has teamed up with customer support company Limitless Technology to recruit players as PlayStation support agents online. The recruitment drive is being conducted via email, one of which I received this morning, encouraging me to sign up and get paid to help fellow players.
How to become a PlayStation support agent
“We’ve teamed up with the folks at Limitless to offer you the opportunity to put your PlayStation knowledge to the test, and get paid for supporting other players with their questions,” reads the email I received.
Clicking the link provided led me to a Limitless portal which offers the “job” on a first-come, first-serve basis. “Limitless empowers you to earn money for helping the brands you love,” the webpage reads. “We’ve teamed up with Sony PlayStation to help you earn cash for supporting Sony PlayStation consumers with their questions.”
The process? Simply register on the Limitless phone app and pass an assessment process. Limitless will verify all applicants. Those selected will get a $10 one-off bonus and up to $1.20 for every question successfully resolved.
I didn’t sign up so I can’t confirm if Limitless requires linking PSN IDs.
