3 Resident Evil Games Now Less Than $5 on PS Store

Three Resident Evil games are officially available on the PS Store now for less than $5, allowing you to pick up three entries in the classic franchise for less than $20. Capcom’s Resident Evil 1 remake, Resident Evil 5, and Resident Evil 6 are all available for $4.99.

3 Classic Resident Evil Games available for under $20

All three games are available for 75% off and costs just $4.99 until Thursday, April 9, 2026. Once the sale ends, the games will jump back up to $19.99, so if you’re looking to pick some horror classics, this will likely be your best chance to do so until the next sale.

Originally released in 2002, the Resident Evil remake is an enhanced version of the classic 1996 survival horror game. The new game, often called “REmake” by fans, features updated graphics, revised puzzles, additional areas to explore, and new story details. “In 1998 a special forces team is sent to investigate some bizarre murders on the outskirts of Raccoon City. Upon arriving they are attacked by a pack of blood-thirsty dogs and are forced to take cover in a nearby mansion. But the scent of death hangs heavy in the air. Supplies are scarce as they struggle to stay alive,” reads the game’s description.

Resident Evil 5 was originally released in 2009, and follows Chris Redfield and Sheva Alomar as they head to West Africa to investigate a terrorist threat. The PS Store version of the game includes all previously released DLC, as well as the previously PC-only No Mercy Mode, allowing players to get the full experience of the game.

Resident Evil 6 was released in 2012, and follows Chris Redfield, Leon S. Kennedy, Jake Muller, and Ada Wong as they confront the force behind a worldwide bio-terrorist attack, and features an interwoven campaign between all of the characters. Like Resident Evil 5, the PS Store version also includes all DLC, including costumes and other unlockables.

Remote play functionality is supported on all three titles.
