Canadian Deals: PlayStation Vita for $179.99, Pre-Order 2 or More Games on any System to Save $10 Per Game

We’ll have our weekly Canadian deals post up tomorrow as usual, but we felt it was pertinent to let you know of a couple of deals happening right now from Future Shop and Best Buy.

With Sony announcing an official PlayStation Vita price drop to $199.99 at gamescom, you can grab the regular PlayStation Vita system on its own, as well as bundles like The Walking Dead and PlayStation Plus, for $200.

If, however, you don’t want the memory cards, games, or PlayStation Plus time found in those bundles, Future Shop is offering the PlayStation Vita Wi-Fi console for $179.99. While we still recommend buying one of those bundles since they are a better deal overall, this is another option for you.

If you don’t want a PlayStation Vita though, and are just looking to pre-order a bunch of upcoming games, Best Buy is offering a promotion in honor of gamescom until August 25th where you can save $10 on any upcoming game priced $59.99 or more on any system (lower prices may work, give it a shot).

To take advantage of this, you only need to pre-order two or more upcoming games on their website, with a $10 discount per game being applied at checkout.

Are you going to take advantage of any these deals? Let us know in the comments below.
