During the month of October, Sony ran a Spend $50, Get $10 back promotion on the PlayStation Store in North America, allowing you to get $10 back (up to $100) for every $50 you spent on the PlayStation Store.
True to their word, they have begun sending out the credits via PSN messages:
In order to get your credit, simply click on the ‘Cash Reward’ icon within the message before December 6th, 2013. You’ll then be taken to the PlayStation Store where the funds will be added into your account.
