Koei Tecmo and Omega Force have announced Dynasty Warriors 9, a teaser trailer for which you can watch above.
Details are still short at this time and no platforms have been announced but the title was introduced by PlayStation and Sony Interactive Entertainment Japan Asia president, Atsushi Morita, so we can assume it’s coming to the PS4.
Dynasty Warriors 9 is meant to be the series’ “rebirth” and will come with a lot of changes to its system. We’ve been told that it will feature an open-world complete with towns in vast areas that players will be able to enter and exit. All 83 characters from Dynasty Warriors 8 Empires will appear in Dynasty Warriors 9, with Zhou Cang appearing as a new, playable character alongside several others.
We don’t have much else to share at the moment but we’ll update our readers when we have more info.
