One of the most intriguing, interactive and fun features about United Front Games’ ModNation Racers is the ability for players to create custom characters. David Jaffe has already shown us the beloved PlayStation 3 hero (or villain) Kratos as well as Ted Price re-creating a mod of Ratchet & Clank and even the VP of, well, everything, Kevin Butler taking a punt. Now, the developers are keen to to hear what videogame heroes you want in the upcoming racer.
Speaking to CVG, director of ModNation Racers William Ho stated that they would like to hear what heroes players would like to see in the game.
We’re very keen to investigate what videogame heroes people want to see in ModNation Racers. We were thrilled when the creators of God of War, Ratchet & Clank and LittleBigPlanet wanted to see their characters in the ModNation universe. So I think there’s been such a positive response to that that I’d be surprised if we didn’t see more in the future.
Which characters would you like to see in the game? ModNation Racers will be released tomorrow across Europe and May 25th in North America.
