God of War: Ascension is no stranger to offering pre-order bonuses based off of other entertainment mediums as they are currently giving everyone access to King Leonidas’ spear and armor at GameStop. Continuing this, Best Buy USA is going to be offering ‘Mjolnir’, Thor’s Hammer, as a free downloadable weapon you can use in the God of War: Ascension multiplayer, which is inspired by the upcoming History Channel TV show, Vikings.
Every pre-order also comes with the Mythological Heroes Multiplayer Pack, with Amazon.com offering you a $10 credit as well.
For those of you in Europe, God of War: Ascension is going to be sold in many different forms, with Standard, Special, and Collector’s Editions available at launch. On top of this, you’ll be able to purchase the God of War: Ascension controller on its own or in a pack with the game, and the Ascension PS3 bundle will be available in either black or white.
