PlayStation 4 players who own digital copies of Mortal Kombat X are reporting an issue whereby they receive the error code CE-34878-0 while they’re signed into the PlayStation Network. At the moment, it is unclear what is causing the issue, but WB Games Support has offered a temporary solution on its website. If you’re experiencing the problem, follow these steps:
1. Sign out of PSN by going to Home Menu > Settings > Playstation Network/Account Management > Sign Out
2. Launch Mortal Kombat X
3. After reaching the main menu of Mortal Kombat X, sign back into PSN by going to Home Menu > Settings > Playstation Network/Account Management > Sign In
WB has confirmed that the developers are working on a permanent solution, so we’ll update our readers when more information becomes available.
