For those tired of the vanilla Battlefield Hardline experience or its first expansion Criminal Activity, EA has announced the second expansion for the shooter, “Robbery.”
According to EA, the theme of the Battlefield Hardline Robbery expansion is the “Big Score.” Included in the expansion are, of course, new maps, weapons and the even a new game mode.

Whether it’s boosting jewels, double-crossing an international smuggling ring, or extracting a high-value piece of intel from a precinct locker room, teams on both sides of the law will have to pull together to make (or break) these epic heists.

The Legendary Super Feature
Another new addition is “Squad Heist,” which should be familiar for those who play Squad Rush in previous Battlefield games.
The mode has three distinct stages:
- Criminals take a Drill, break into Vault 1, and grab the Loot from the vault.
- Criminals take a Drill, break into Vault 2, and grab the Loot from the vault.
- Criminals run to an escape location, call a helicopter, and get the loot to safety.
Obviously, this will all be themed to the map. You might have to take the Glass Cutter (Drill) and steal the Blue Diamond (Loot) from the Display Case (Vault) – but the basic idea stays the same. At each stage, criminals get 25 deploy tickets. If those tickets are all lost, the cops win the match.
Robbery will be available this September for Battlefield Hardline Premium members.
