While Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas were censored when it was made available in Germany, that won’t be the case for Fallout 4.
This was revealed over on the game’s official Facebook page that was spotted by NeoGAF user ekim:
See that big “USK 18” just below the 100% Uncut blurb? That’s the Unterhaltungssoftware Selbstkontrolle, which is the German equivalent of the ESRB. This is certainly good news for German gamers, as it seems the USK is being more lax in how adult games are being presented as is.
