Hitting its release window, MX vs ATV Supercross Encore is launching on October 27 for PlayStation 4 and PC in North America and Europe at $29.99/€29.99, Nordic Games announced today. An Xbox One version is in development and will come out at a later date.
Detailed earlier this year, Encore includes 17 Supercross tracks, 12 Nationals, two large Open World environments to free ride with your friends, four Waypoint races, 60 professional riders and the ability to create your own, five Rhythm Racing tracks, two player split-screen, and online racing for up to 12 players.
Nordic Games Producer Roger Joswig said:
We are extremely proud of the quality we did reach with the Encore version, which exceeds our internal expectations – It feels like a completely new experience. We’re thrilled to launch the game on PS4 and PC. We are now fully focused with bringing Encore to Xbox One.
Rainbow Studios Executive Producer Ken George added:
We transferred our exclusive physics and terrain deformation systems to the new generation of hardware with upgraded high res graphics. We also expanded the game quite a bit. We started by updating all the gear and bikes, then resurrected and updated some popular outdoor Nationals tracks along with adding the all new straight line Rhythm Racing to make this a true Encore Experience.
