Ahead of the usual PlayStation Store update tomorrow, Sony has released official PlayStation 4 Avatars, which are arriving right on schedule.
In Europe the selection of PS4 Avatars is currently limited to ones based off of Constructor HD, but in North America there’s 100 to choose from, ranging from $0.49 to $1.99 in price (none are free), with a few highlights placed below:
- God of War Story Avatar Bundle – $1.49
- God of War Anniversary Legendary Avatar Bundle – $0.99
- Helldivers Avatar Packs 1 through 4 – $1.49 each
- Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End Avatar Pack 1 – $1.49
You can also buy most individual Avatars from those packs for $0.49 each, with other Avatars options coming from games like Entwined, Drawn to Death, Street Fighter V, and Mega Man Legacy Collection.
If you do plan on buying some Avatars, don’t forget to update your system to the recently released version 3.11.
Here’s how to change your Avatar:
To change your profile’s avatar, log in on your PS4 system, then go to [Profile] [Edit Profile] [Avatar].
For those of you with PS3 Avatars, Sony has said, “Previously purchased PS3 avatars will transfer over in the coming days.”
