Bandai Namco Entertainment has uploaded a brand-new trailer for Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker at Gamescom 2017, with a certain feature that will please many Naruto fans included within.

The trailer starts by explaining about the main mode Ninja League, where players will fight in teams of four. There is a variation of battle rules in this mode, from Barrier Battle where players have to take control of seal piles in the field to Flag Battle which is basically the capture-the-flag rule where players take flags from the opposing team’s territory and bring them to their own base. Shinobi Striker also has a sub mode for Missions, where each of the missions will have different objectives such as to “Escort”, “Exterminate”, or “Subjugate”.

But the main pulling factor of this game is that players will be finally able to create their own avatar ninja in the Naruto universe! The avatar’s looks can be modified, from their hairstyle, hair color, skin color, body build and more. They will also be able to learn techniques from mentors, which reminds us of Dragon Ball Xenoverse. In the trailer, we can see an Attack Type avatar using Rasengan and Leaf Rising Wind, a Ranged Type avatar launching Fire Style: Fire Ball Jutsu, Kirin, and Amaterasu, the Defense Type avatar fighting with Spiky Human Boulder and Earth Style: Subterranean Voyage, and a female Healing Type avatar that can use Cellular Extraction Jutsu and Shadow Stitching Jutsu, and even can activate Byakugan.

Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker will be released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. However, a release date still has not been announced yet.
