The September 26 Destiny 2 weekly reset brings the long awaited Faction Rallies, where Guardians can pledge to a faction and earn loot specific to each one. Faction Rallies were added to the game with Destiny 2 update 1.0.3. The Nightfall this week is on IO, sending players deep into the Pyramidion, and the Flashpoint is on Io as well.

Nightfall: Pyramidion
Echo Mesa, I0 – Enter the Pyramidion and defeat the Genesis Mind.
Modifiers
Torrent: Boundless power erupts from within. Your abilities recharge much faster. Use them to shatter your foes.
Timewarp – Zero Hour: The mission timer CANNOT be extended. Choose your battle carefully.
The timer for this Nightfall is 22 minutes. For the Prestige Nightfall, you have 17 minutes.
Challenges
Speed Of Dark: Complete the Nightfall with at least 5 minutes remaining.
Unbroken: Complete the Nightfall with fewer than 3 deaths.
Siege Engine: Do not allow Brakion to remain shielded for more than 40 seconds before defeating it.
Flashpoint: Io

Meditations
Visit Ikora to replay story missions and earn tokens that can be redeemed for rewards.
- Fury – Help Ikora use the Warmind of Io to learn more about the Almighty and turn the tide of war.
- Sacrilege – Since the loss of her light, Ikora has many questions. She’s not leaving without answers.
- Payback – Time for Zavala’s grand entrance. Finally attacking the Red Legion in the EDZ head on.
Don’t forget to visit the social space and pick up any quests or quest items you may need for the week, such as Cayde-6’s treasure maps, which place chests on Io this week.
The Destiny 2 weekly reset occurs every Tuesday morning at 2:00 AM Pacific (1:00 AM when Daylight Savings Time is active). The following activities are reset each week, allowing you to earn new rewards for completing them.

The weekly reset allows you to earn new rewards per character, except the Cayde-6 treasure maps which are account based. Destiny 2 Nightfalls are difficult timer based strikes. Rotating modifiers will allow you to earn additional time in various ways.
There is also a daily reset that occurs at the same time daily, resetting the challenges for each activity and replayable adventures at each patrol location. Information on the seasonal reset for clans is unavailable at this time.
