FFXIV Valentione's Day 2022 dates times

FFXIV Valentione’s Day 2022 Celebration Kicks Off Next Week

Final Fantasy 14 players can look forward to a romantic seasonal event starting next week. Valentione’s Day 2022 will be kicking off in FFXIV, and this year players can get an absolutely adorable Chocobo barding and a fancy mobile. This looks like it’ll be one of the smaller events of the year, and players should just have to complete a quick quest or two to nab their seasonal items.

When is Valentione’s Day 2022 in FFXIV?

The Valentione’s Day 2022 season event will run from February 8, 2022, at 12 am PST, to February 21, 2022, at 6:59 am PST. During this timeframe, players can begin the “No Love Lost” quest by talking to Lisette de Valentione at Mih Khetto’s Amphitheatre in Old Gridania. The only requirement for taking on the quest is that players be Level 15. Given how quickly you can get to that level, even new players should have a chance to take on the quest before the event ends.

For participating in this year’s Valentione’s Day, you’ll receive a Postmoogle Barding and a Valentione Mobile. The Postmoogle Barding, in particular, is absolutely adorable, and I can’t wait to dress my Chocobo up as a little mailman.

Last year, things were a little different as Valentione’s and Little Ladies’ Day were merged, and Ul’dah, Gridania, and Losa Lominsa all featured special decorations. Since that isn’t the case this year, we can assume that Little Ladies’ Day 2022 will start the first of second week of March. We can expect to see some cherry blossom-themed quests there, so get ready to enjoy the sakura!

Given how popular the game has been, there should be plenty of new faces enjoying these seasonal events for the first time. FFXIV does a great job with these events since there’s not a lot of FOMO surrounding them. Even if you miss them, you can pick up the items from the cash shop for a nominal price later on, which is a great compromise.

In other news, Battlefield 2042 season one has been delayed, and Ubisoft execs think gamers don’t understand NFTs.
