More PlayStation All-Stars Evidence Revealed, Will Include PaRappa the Rapper, Toro

Hungry for more information about PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale? Don’t want to wait until Thursday to find out more about the game? Read on.

After covering the survey revealing the game, and discovering that Sony had registered a URL with the same name as the title, we went on to SuperBot Entertainment’s awesomely designed site and started digging. Under the photos section, SuperBot have tons of photos of their workplace. Sadly, all the screens and logos are blurred meaning that nothing can be gleaned from the images – apart from this one:

At first glance, it looks like any ordinary image of a development studio, but it actually is full of hidden clues.

First off, look at the bottom left hand corner of the screen. Here is the image flipped and blown up:

The image is clearly that of PaRappa the Rapper, with the top text even saying as much (the bottom text is unclear). Here’s that same image of PaRappa as a comparison:

Now, turn your attention to the top right:

It’s everyone’s favorite Japanese mascot, Toro!

Next, look to the top left, where you’ll see a fightstick covered by paper, something that is sure to please core fighting game players:

On the right of that, you’ll also interestingly see a Wii – perhaps SuperBot were playing Super Smash Bros for reference?

Of course, just because SuperBot were considering including PaRappa and Toro doesn’t mean they will make it to the final game, but it is great news that such obscure characters could be included, and not just the Nathan Drakes and Cole MacGraths of the PlayStation world. Another thing to note is that the card PaRappa is on is above a huge number of cards, pointing at a possibly massive roster.
