Senran Kagura Jiggles Onto PS4, Vita in March (Trailer)

When I heard a sexy voice say in Japanese “I’ve been thinking about you for so long,” I knew I was stuck inside a work of fiction. When a camera zoomed in on a girl’s panties and conveniently placed sea foam appeared over a lady’s chest, I started to wonder if it was already time for a new Senran Kagura game. It was.

During Sony’s press conference in Tokyo a trailer revealed Senran Kagura: Estival Versus, which will come to PlayStation 4 on March 16, 2015. Its release will be available for about 8,000 yen (about $80) for the solo version or nearly 14,000 yen (like $140) for the special edition. This game goes back to the beat’em up style rather than exploring other genres, the way cooking rhythm game Dekamori Senran Kagura did.

Last year, Senran Kagura: Shinovi Versus saw great success on PS Vita, though the series 3DS entries have not fared nearly as well. Here’s the video.
