First revealed by a Disney Infinity forum and then reported on by Infinity Inquirer (with the latter being taken down at the request of Disney), some images from Chinese retailer Taobao seem to have leaked new characters for Disney Infinity 3.0.
Here’s a list of the characters shown:
- Classic Mickey Mouse
- Classic Minnie Mouse
- Mulan
- Olaf
- Sam Flynn (Tron Legacy)
- Quorra (Tron Legacy)
- Five characters from Inside Out, a new movie coming this summer
Since all mention of the new characters has been removed from Taobao’s site, definitely treat this as a rumor for now. If we hear anything concrete from Disney about these characters or Disney Infinity 3.0, we’ll let you know.
In a separate report, Polygon says they’ve heard from multiple sources that the next Disney Infinity game will definitely include a line of Star Wars characters before the new movie launches in December. Again though, until we receive confirmation, treat that as a rumor.
