Bad Company 2 is shaping up to be one of the best looking shooters available, and is without a doubt a worthy contender to challenge Modern Warfare 2. Gamers have shown why they can’t wait for the shooters release by making the demo on course to be the fastest downloaded demo in Electronics Arts history. EA had previously reported that the Battlefield: Bad Company 2 taster was downloaded over 2 million times since it’s release a few weeks back, but how much has it progressed since then?

DICE’s preview of the shooter is on its way to becoming the most downloaded demo in EA history. Patrick Bach, Senior Producer of Battlefield: Bad Company 2 gives his take on the news:

The shooter is accounted to have a better online experience than MW2, but we’ll have to wait and see on March 2nd in North America and March 5th in Europe.
