F.E.A.R 3, or F.3.A.R. as it is often stylized, was announced April of last year, and originally scheduled for a 2010 release. After a number of delays, the game was most recently scheduled for a May 2011 release. Well, it appears that target has been missed as well.
According to numerous reports across the Internet, F.E.A.R. 3 has been delayed again. Depending on where you live and what source you believe, the latest entry in this first-person horror shooter is now set to release
June 21st or the 24th in the US and June 27th in Europe. Is this the final, official release time-frame for this oft-delayed game? Is the summer really the best time for a horror game to release? Only Warner Bros. Interactive knows for sure, but rest assured PlayStation LifeStyle is on the case to get an official word from either the publisher or the developer, Day 1 Studios.
Update: We’ve just received word that F.E.A.R. 3’s release dates are: June 21st for North America, 22nd for the Australia/New Zealand area, and the 24th for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
