Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance Footage To Be Shown Prior To E3

Footage of Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance will be released prior to E3.

Andriasang reports that Hideo Kojima has said on his Twitter account that footage of Revengeance‘s E3 demo will be released sometime before E3 itself, which is just a few weeks away. Kojima allegedly found an image of Raiden from the E3 demo’s title screen to be so cool that he asked for permission to release footage of the game in advance, which was granted to him. Kojima referred to the Raiden in the title screen as “Black Raiden,” but said he couldn’t elaborate as to why he was calling him that, as he said it was a secret.

Kojima Productions has been releasing a series of live action teaser trailers for the game that had appeared to show Raiden being tortured by military types and having his cyborg ninja skeleton attached to him (which happened between the events of MGS2 and MGS4).
