Ken Levine on BioShock Infinite DLC: “Things are Going Well,” but “Game Development Takes Time”

It’s been exactly three months since 2K and Irrational Games released both BioShock Infinite and the Season Pass for the title, which promises three new add-ons for the price of two, all before March 2014 rolls around.

Having to wait such a long time for this DLC isn’t sitting well with many of the millions of BioShock Infinite, with some of them taking to Twitter and Ken Levine. Rather than give one of his patented witty responses, he gave us a small status update on the content:

We are working on it- have been since the game shipped. Things are going well, but plz understand: game development takes time.

When asked if we could see any screenshots or have any information, he just said, “We can’t until we can, sorry.”

So far, the leaks regarding BioShock Infinite’s DLC show that it should feature a new AI companion, they’ll be called Minibuddy, and it will be a unique FPS experience set in the BioShock universe.

Did you buy the Season Pass for BioShock Infinite? Are you upset over waiting so long? Or are you okay waiting, so long as it turns out awesome? Let us know in the comments below.
