Taiko Drum Master Vita Song List, Video Revealed

Bandai Namco has added another game to the Vita’s growing library of Japanese music games, announcing a new Taiko no Tatsujin (called Taiko Drum Master internationally) title. Called simply Taiko no Tatsujin: V Version, it will include the series’s classic rhythm gameplay plus an RPG-type “Donda Quest,” which will feature many signature Bandai Namco characters.

More songs have yet to be announced, and DLC will be available after launch.  Prospective players can vote on what DLC songs they’d like to see by visiting this page.

Taiko Drum Master: V Version will be available Japan on July 9 and sell for 5,690 yen (roughly $47 USD before applicable taxes). North American and European release dates or plans have not been announced. You can browse Bandai Namco’s official Japanese website here.
