Dying Light Enhanced Edition Update Will Add 250 Legendary Levels, Techland Reveals How They Work

Addressing feedback from players who did everything in Dying Light and want more, developer Techland will be adding 250 additional levels with the Enhanced Edition update arriving in February 2016.

In the first video of their Enhanced Edition highlights series, Techland explained that Legendary Levels are unlocked after maxing out one of your skill trees. You’ll then start gaining XP towards your Legendary Levels.

Lead Game Designer Maciej Binkowski added:

We listen closely to our community and hear many voices that people who did every single thing in Dying Light want more. Legendary Levels are one of the ways in which we’re making the post-game content more meaty. We’re adding 250 additional levels, so you can keep on developing your character while unlocking new weapons, outfits, emblems, and skills. It means massive replayability.

All Dying Light players will be able to download the Enhanced Edition update on February 9, 2016. That day also sees the releases of The Following expansion and Dying Light: The Following Enhanced Edition.
