Socially insecure gamers will be very excited — and naturally nervous — to know that the Japanese PlayStation VR site has listed Summer Lesson as a PSVR launch title. The “character communication” tech demo software will launch on October 13, right alongside PSVR itself.
There is not yet any international release confirmation of Summer Lesson. I thought the concept was very interesting, but ultimately didn’t like how incredibly restrictive and on-rails it was in its execution, especially for something that was supposedly hyping itself on interaction and immersion, but hey, that’s just me.
There’s definitely an audience that will eat it up, and PlayStation VR’s lineup gets a boost in variety from Summer Lesson.
Does this sway your PSVR purchase decision?
