Days Gone Gets Free Uncharted-Inspired Motorcycle Skins

Days Gone may have been compared to The Last of Us, but Bend Studio’s newest title just received some content inspired by a different Naughty Dog-developed title. Three free bike decals are available in Days Gone right now that are all based on Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End.

The bikes based on the title are available now, and can be obtained by visiting the mechanic. Again, there are three decals to choose from: Flashback, Shoreline (based on the the in-game company of the same name), and one inspired by Sam Drake. The official Bend Studio Twitter account gave a sneak peak at the three designs:

Sony-developed games don’t tend to cross over with each other that often, but it’s definitely a nice gesture for PlayStation fans. Whether we’ll see any other PlayStation-themed bikes is currently unknown. (I, for one, would love to see a Spider-Man-themed bike, but that’s just me.) None of these bikes explicitly scream Uncharted, but there’s enough flourish there to put them on any fan’s radar.

The new bike skins are only part of some pretty significant post-launch support for Days Gone. Earlier in the summer, Bend Studio released an all-new difficulty mode. In addition, the developer has began to implement weekly challenges to test the skills of all players. The most recent update added an array of accessibility options, opening up the experience to an even wider audience.

As for Naughty Dog, while no Uncharted games are on the horizon, the studio’s next title is The Last of Us Part II. It doesn’t have a release date yet, though an early 2020 launch is heavily rumored.

Will you be taking a spin on any of these bikes? Let us know!
