Dead Nation Gets Upgraded

November 7, 2010 Written by Kishen Patel

The next aerial combat shooter by the developers of Super Stardust HD, Housemarque, called Dead Nation, is still slated for release this year. While news about the upcoming downloadable title has been faint as of late, hope for the Dead Nation is still undead as a new trailer has been released for what looks to be the next PSN hit.

In the latest piece of media for the game, this trailer outlines the array of weaponry and the upgrades (hence the trailer’s names) available to the players of the game. However, words cannot do justice to the visual trailer seeing as it comes packed with real time gameplay and live action footage. Check it out below:

While the fact that a multiplayer beta has been outed, the game is clearly progressing along nicely. Regardless, it would be nice to finally get a concrete release date. Unfortunately, it appears that the  game may very well be pushed into the upcoming year. With a bit of hope, however, we may find this in our virtual stockings in a PlayStation Store update before Christmas.
