Just five months after its announcement, Fallout 4 from Bethesda launches this week on PlayStation 4, with reviews set to go live on Monday.

Elsewhere, Phineas and Ferb: Day of Doofenshmirtz comes out after a week delay, Superbeat Xonic hits PlayStation Vita, and Sword Art Online: Lost Song releases in Europe a few days ahead of North America.
