With Battleborn releasing on May 3 in North America and Europe for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, Gearbox and 2K brought out the launch trailer today, giving you a look at gameplay, the 25 characters, and more.
“In both the episodic story mode or competitive multiplayer modes, players can go in solo or team up in 5-player co-op (and 2-player splitscreen co-op) to save the last star and a universe on the brink of extinction,” 2K explains.

Because certain requirements were met during the beta, Gearbox will be handing out a code on May 3 that gives three gold skins for ISIC, Benedict, and Shayne & Aurox.
In addition to free multiplayer maps and modes, Gearbox’s post-launch DLC plans include five paid add-on packs, each adding one new Story Operation, as well as exclusive hero skins and taunts.
