Destiny 2 Weekly Reset 9/19 – 9/25: Nightfall, Flashpoint, and More

The September 19 Destiny 2 weekly reset has another Nightfall on Nessus, but puts the Flashpoint on Titan this time around. The Nightfall this week has three modifiers, including another go around with the Prism modifier now that it has been fixed by update 1.0.1.3 to show the proper element on screen at all times.

Destiny 2 Weekly Reset 9/19 – 9/25

Nightfall: Exodus Crash

Arcadian Valley, Nessus – Purge the Fallen infestation of the Exodus Black.

Modifiers

Prism: Your attacks matching the focused element deal increased damage. All other elemental damage is reduced. Kinetic and incoming damage is unaffected. The focused element rotates periodically.

Attrition: Health and shield regeneration is significantly impaired. Defeating enemies may create wells of Light. Collect these to restore your health and charge your super.

Timewarp – Anomalies: Strange anomalies have been detected in the area. Destroy them to release temporal energy and extend the mission timer.

Challenges

Speed Of Dark: Complete the Nightfall with at least 5 minutes remaining.

Unbroken: Complete the Nightfall with fewer than 3 deaths.

Faster Than Lightning: As a fireteam, defeat 9 Shanks with melee attacks before defeating Thaviks.

Flashpoint: Titan

Complete public events on Titan. Make sure to check out our Heroic Public Events guide to get the most credit for doing these public events, and a chance at exotics!

Meditations

Visit Ikora to replay story missions and earn tokens that can be redeemed for rewards.

  • Six – A crashed colony ship, an interspecies war… Cayde-6 got that adventure he wanted. Go save him from it.
  • Looped – No one’s heard from Cayde-6 since the Hunter took off for an uncharted world. Track him down.
  • Utopia – Venture deep into the heart of the Hive to retrieve a powerful Golden Age CPU—and make it out alive.

Don’t forget to visit the social space and pick up any quests or quest items you may need for the week, such as Cayde-6’s treasure maps, which place chests on Titan this week.

The Destiny 2 weekly reset occurs every Tuesday morning at 2:00 AM Pacific (1:00 AM when Daylight Savings Time is active). The following activities are reset each week, allowing you to earn new rewards for completing them.

  • Weekly Milestones
    • Call to Arms Crucible Milestone
    • Destination Flashpoint Milestone
    • Clan XP Milestone
    • Weekly Challenges Milestone
  • Ikora Meditations (Replay story)
  • Eververse Bright Dust Inventory
  • Clan XP Rewards
  • Cayde-6 Treasure Maps
  • Raid Keys and Rewards

The weekly reset allows you to earn new rewards per character, except the Cayde-6 treasure maps which are account based. Destiny 2 Nightfalls are difficult timer based strikes. Rotating modifiers will allow you to earn additional time in various ways.

There is also a daily reset that occurs at the same time daily, resetting the challenges for each activity and replayable adventures at each patrol location. Information on the seasonal reset for clans is unavailable at this time.
