Final Fantasy XIII-2 is just around the corner, and the ongoing Tokyo Game Show has inspired Square Enix to release a nearly three-minute trailer for the upcoming RPG.

This new trailer re-includes many of the important characters for FFXIII-2, including Snow, Vanille, Hope, and even some unfamiliar faces. More importantly, some gameplay is viewable and, while it’s extremely similar to its predecessor, Final Fantasy XIII, there are some new elements such as battle chocobos, cactuars, and plenty of intimidating new enemies. In addition to this new trailer, Square Enix has announced the release date in all major territories, and even a beautiful new custom PS3 bundle which will be sure to lure new consumers this holiday season. But that isn’t all, as it was also revealed that Final Fantasy X is coming to the Vita and PS3 with trophy support and improved visuals. Oh, and Final Fantasy Versus XIII‘s development is in full swing. Looks like Square Enix is on a roll.
