Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection Day One Update Includes Visual Improvements, Stability Fixes

We may be two weeks away from the launch of Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection for PlayStation 4, but Sony and Bluepoint Games have already detailed the day one update.

Confirming the notes with GameSpot, Sony says patch 1.00 will include the following:

  • Minor fixes for stability
  • Audio and visual improvements
  • Performance optimizations including tweaks to aiming controls
  • Minor gameplay bug fixes

Since there’s no multiplayer in The Nathan Drake Collection, you won’t be required to download patch 1.00 to access all of the game’s features, though it does appear to be a welcome update overall.

As for the physical version’s install size, you may need to clear some space, as it takes up 44.46GB on your PS4 hard drive. The PlayStation Store download size has yet to be revealed.

The Nathan Drake Collection demo hits the PlayStation Store on September 29, the actual game then launches on October 9, and owners will be able to access the Uncharted 4 multiplayer beta beginning on December 4.
