Blizzard Currently Investigating Issues with Diablo 3 Update 2.4.0

Blizzard recently released patch 2.4.0 for Diablo 3, which seems to have caused some performance issues for console owners. Over on Battle.net, users are reporting a number of problems including frame-rate drops, lags, and freezes. Although the developer has acknowledged the complaints, Community Manager Kauza has said that the team has been unable to reproduce some of the issues reported internally so far, but is on the case.

How much free space is available on your system?

Go to Settings > System Storage Management and look for “Free Space”

Xbox One

From the Home screen, press the right trigger and select My games and apps

On the left side of the screen, a meter shows the percent of storage space used and your total free space
